A picture perfect waterfront residence has been completely reimagined by Julie Glavin Design from its ramshackle state to reflect a fresh, laid back but luxe vibe.

Designed with casual living in mind, the charming gabled residence naturally connects to its waterside setting through newly configured oversized windows and doors, creating a light filled, and energized home. Housing skillfully crafted spaces that speak to the senses all wrapped in a soothing neutral palette, with rustic elements – handmade benches & tables, zellige & concrete tile, quartz & marble stone surfaces.

Julie additionally reconfigured the exterior garden, with all interior areas opening directly to either deck or flagstone terraces. At the front entry, an English cottage style garden sets a timeless tone and compliments the rear garden at water’s edge with an array of breezy beach grasses.
