Esmeyer

Airy and light-filled, this lovely ranch style home is anything but rustic. Julie Glavin Design started with form following function, towards a space primarily created around family and friends gathering, with the entertainment center a priority. To fit the husbands request for electronics systems, a custom entertainment unit was designed and built around all his favorite components.

To this side of home overlooking the pool we added a new interior window opening up the dining area to a brighter dazzle & connection. Indoor / outdoor, fresh neutral-colored fabrics keep things low maintenance, and align tonally with custom designed solid white-oak cocktail and side tables. Plaster lamps and hand blown, slump glass chandelier add an easy textural mix. We created a casual environment throughout, furnishings were selected for their beautiful lines, durability, and comfort – suitable for any mix of social gathering or quiet moments.
